refusal to compensate for damage

I contracted with THE CAR CARRIER to pickup and deliver vehicle from Florida to Calif. THE CAR CARRIER brokered out to U.S.AUTO TRANSPORT, owned by ARA BABAYAN, out of Glendale Calif. The vehicle was photographed prior to pickup and had no damage. The Bill of Lading at time of pickup, filled out by the driver, shows no damage and no Bill of Lading #. Upon delivery, drivers refused to allow me to inspect the vehicle and was told to contact THE CAR CARRIER if any damage was found later. After inspecting the vehicle that day, a large dent was found on the passenger side. Contacted CAR CARRIER who told me to get an estimate and submit a claim and they would forward it to the transporter, U.S. AUTO TRANSPORT. Two months later, U.S. AUTO TRASNSPORT has refused to compensate me for the damage THEY did to the vehicle. THE CAR CARRIER has refused to intervene and has hung up on me when I have tried to settle this claim. They claim they are not responsible for the vehicle but the transport company would be.
Several complaints have been filed with agencies as well as pending legal action against them.
I would never recommend them for any services.
