We moved from Washington DC, Sept 10th to San Francisco. The same day they came to pick up the truck.

It's now September 27th. They have had my truck for 17 days. We are now literally pushing almost ONE MONTH. This is just plain unacceptable. False advertising. Poor management. Dodgy and Shady to say the least.

Delivery was scheduled for Sept 20th. It's now one week later. The driver called me on Sept 23rd and said he had a hydraulic line fail. Said it would be another day or so. Two days later, he calls and said his clutch was failing and he would have to cancel delivery again.

I told him that I would meet him at the garage where he intends to get the work done on his truck tonight. I guess it rattled him. Honestly, I need the truck. For work, for furniture pick-up, for getting our boxes out of the house. We are in limbo!

Who takes 17 days to deliver a small toyota pick-up? We had friends from DC drive up here to hang for a day or two and drive back. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for a TRANSPORT company to deliver.

Called car carrier at their Pasadena offices. No answer. No voicemail. No customer service. Nobody!

Shame on you MAYFLOWER for recommending such a piss poor company.
