Customer service was great, I didn't have any problems getting through when needed. Marie was always able to reply to my request, mostly by SMS or email. Text message seemed to be her mode of communication. Abigail I guess is her back up and I spoke to her on a few occasions before my car was picked up. There was some bad weather in NY so delivery was delayed a day but still within the drop off time frame promised. I received my car in New York, a bit dirty from the trip, but overall in good condition and the driver was also very friendly. 5 stars, good job guys.
