I constantley got the run around from both air land and sea and M&E companies. I left 7 messages (not an exaggeration) and never recieved a call back. I was told 10-16 days... and after 23 I am still waiting. I paid for door-to-door service and now they are asking me to come pick it up in LA during rush hour traffic on a Friday while I am at work. If I don't it will be another 4 days because they do not have drivers. All I have to say is "this is ridiculous" and I would not reccomend this to anyone.
