My experience with Mike McMillan and his company 1st class auto transport was completely short of being anything remotely close to 1st class. His service is without a doubt the most horrific I've ever seen. First, he was 5 or 6 days late picking up my vehicle, and when he did pick up the vehicle it was late (midnight). On his way to pick up the car he damaged power lines and some other stuff. In route he damaged my car, putting two indentations on the roof, one on the drivers side and one on the passengers side. Since April 6th I've been trying to get Mr. McMillan to pay for the damages and he keeps avoiding it. I've called him every week, two to three times. He says the check is in the mail or I told my office personel to send the check out to you. Lies, Lies, Lies. His back office is his wife. This guy is a snake.
