Driver wanted to drop and go. Reluctant to help put car in driveway, wanted me to get a tow truck.
His lack of caution bringing the carout of the trailer caused the car to hit the side of it.
He made me pay for the damage.
I think it was his responsibility and should have been on his insurance to fix my car.
I have had other transports where they did a pre-loading walkdown of the car noting damage and a predelivery walkdown of the car to assure me that it was not damaged in transport. This trip provided no such assurance.
Through several carriers thie price of the trip went from $850.00 to $1150.00 I don't think I should be low balled to give someone business.
