After doing much research on auto transport companies I decided to go with Snow Birds. They seemed to have great customer service and had a guarantee that if any damage occurred they would fix it with no cost out of pocket for the customer. We shipped two vehicles from Saskatchewan to Ontario.

Our car arrived satisfactory, however problems arose when our mini-van arrived. We had put a brand new bumper on our van a month prior to shipping. When our car arrived, the new bumper was cracked in several areas. The driver of the transport told us to contact Snow Birds directly and they would take care of everything.

We contacted the company several times over the last year and they will not cover the damages. They say that because we signed a checked off a damage sheet (a two-dimensional top down diagram) filled out by their driver, indicating there was previous damage in the front area of our van, they will not do anything about it. The previous damage on our van was a small rock chip in the hood, which we acknowledge, but since the damage to the bumper is below that area, Snow Birds seems to be satisfied with not fixing the damage they did to our van despite their promise in the beginning.

Our family continues to urge friends and family to use other companies and avoid Snow Birds. They clearly are not concerned with the satisfaction of their customers. We urge you to do the same.
