They are a car carrier with their own trucks, not a broker. They promised Calgary to Toronto in 7-10 days, and it arrived in 10 days due to winter weather conditions (which was why I didn't want to drive in the first place). They gave me a really good promotional rate too. I asked ShipMyRide if they could beat it and they said they couldn't, even though they promise to beat any other car carrier rate by 10%. The car was a little dirty but had no damage.
