Mr. Raehpour selected the least expensive level of service to ship his vehicle and was indeed advised that it was not the quickest available. He quickly became impatient and did not allow a reasonable time for dispatch. He was contacted by another company after he contracted with Riley Auto, whom we use as a carrier, and advised us of same .They told him they would ship at a higher price, at which time we added our own money to meet the truckers request on Mr. Raehpour,s behalf, for the transport. He double booked with them, cancelled w/ us, and when they too did not pick up his car quick enough, he cancelled with them and booked with yet a third company. He was indeed e mailed a contract w/ terms & conditions. It was our endeaver to satisfy him from the beginning, but appears that nobody could.
