CUSTOMER CONTRACTED WITH RILEY AUTO TRANS WITH OUR HIGHER LEVEL OF SERVICE, ON 11/23 CAR WAS DISPATCHED ON 11/23, DEL FOUR DAYS LATER. CUSTOMER ALSO BOOKED WITH AA-AUTOMOVERS (KNOWN AS DOUBLE BOOKING), THEREFORE WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND HIS $70 ISSUE, HIS REFUND SHOULD COME FROM WITH THE OTHER COMPANY NOT RILEY AUTO, WE PERFORMED OUR SEVICE BASED ON THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THE CUSTOMER PURCHASED.
