Frank had this load posted on dispatch with THREE other companies. I explained to him that if he wanted to use our services he would have to cancel with the other companies. I walked him through the whole process and told him we would love to help you but if you don't cancel the other contracts there's nothing we can do. He said he understood and yet never cancelled. Therefore I never posted his load and left him numerous messages stating the same. Never gave any pick up times at all. Did state that I could have it picked up and had a ballpark on the day but without him cancelling there's nothing I could do.
