In early August Pettit agreed to move my truck cross country. After two weeks, I still had no driver despite commitments from Mike that a driver would be there 'tomorrow'. I cancelled and used someone else. A month later they billed me although they never did a damn thing. See the email below, noting the email dates for what a pathetic company this is. I never got a refund.

Do not use them. They are liars and thieves.

Yes I am and already have. My merchant services said it will take up to two weeks to post to account depending on the financial institution. I'm sorry for any issues and have done my best to resolve it for you asap. Thank you and have a great evening.

Why? I never used you all for any service. Please refund this amount to my credit card. I spoke with a woman in your office on October 16th and she said she would take care of it immediately. However, no credit has appeared on my card.

Yes this was an error on my billing departments side. We were told by merchant services depending on the card that was used it could take up to two weeks to post to his account. I was very apologetic and DID everything to ensure he got his money back. And he did and the reciept from merchant services gave it to him a week after his last email which was weeks before his review. This was an error and the error was fixed. We are not thieves or liars.
