Yes this was an error on my billing departments side. We were told by merchant services depending on the card that was used it could take up to two weeks to post to his account. I was very apologetic and DID everything to ensure he got his money back. And he did and the reciept from merchant services gave it to him a week after his last email which was weeks before his review. This was an error and the error was fixed. We are not thieves or liars.
