Honest, reliable, competitive !! Julien is a great guy. He went out of his way to call me several times to answer my questions. He also anwsered promptly all my email requests. The pickup arrangements were delayed 2 times but I was alerted both times and given an explanation which made sense to me. Driver called once in route and once a few hours prior to delivery which was welcome. Overall i felt very comfortable with Official transport.
