If you have decided to place an order with Official Auto Transport, please reconsider. It amazes me that there is more than one positive review. Their webiste states a maximum of 10 days to pick up a vehicle. I waited over 15 and was told 3 different times that my car was going to be picked up and it never happened. Julien was my main contact and I only spoke to him twice. It's too bad that the other guy I spoke to the majority of the time was the one with the horrible customer service that caused me to cancel. I eventually booked a plane ticket and will pick up my car. If their pick-up time frame would have been accurate, it wouldn't have been a problem. I highly recommend going elsewhere and researching a shipper before you choose one.
