Bad start (see my BAM TRUCKING review),
Unusual route (Sacramento CA to Plattsburgs NY),
Unusual vehicule (Volkswagen Westfalia hippie van 1975)
Bad quote (first quote $995 ends $ 1150.
First pick-up never happen.

Now bad luck turn with ALENA ENTERPRISE INC of New Jersey.
Nice ,simple ,honest people .Recent truck and clean trailer.
On time pick up : promised pick up in ONE HOUR and did IT.
On time delivery: promised 7-10 days , did it in 10.(Joseph's truck was broken two days during the trip.)
No long conversations but always pleasant on the phone.
Our van was treated with love ( and maybe peace).

Thanks to Streeter and Cathy of OFFICIAL AUTO , they did their job too.
