I Don't even know where to start...AVOID MON TRANS

To start I paid considerably extra for a specific pickup date and window, Friday November 16 before 5pm, and they showed up at midnight that night. The driver spoke terrible english so I could barely understand anything he said so i called the dispatch number for updates. When they answered the phone (which was rare) they were able to give me updates of where my car was but they were all lies too. First Tuesday the 20th was to be the delivery day so we waited all day and at 10pm I finally got a hold of the driver and he said he had problems with the truck.thanks for the call. He then said it would be the next day..again no call and no car. Friday Morning( Thanksgiving) I get a hold of the driver again and he said he would be there by noon.. again he lied, at 4 pm when we were eating dinner he pulls up. To unload the truck we had to drive about 15 miles to find a big enough parking lot for him to pull in.. I drove with him and I am lucky my car even made it to Ohio, he was a TERRIBLE driver, grinding gears and swerving all over the place. When we parked I immediately noticed that the front end of my Escalade was badly damaged and the driver freaked out.. I was forced to pay him so I could get my car and go continue my Thanksgiving dinner that he rudely interrupted. It was Thanksgiving weekend so Mon Trans dispatch center did not answer until Monday. I sent pics of the damage and their bill of lading and finally heard back from them a week later. They told me to take it to "their" body shop which was subpar of course and they also sent me a promissory note to pay for my rental car.
I got the car back and sent them the bill for the rental car and never heard from them.. Sent at least 15 emails and called them multiple times with no response, even called the auto shop and they still haven't been paid.. THESE GUYS ARE SHADY!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY AT ALL COST
