Tried to ship a vehicle from Ohio to Pennsylvania (about 450 miles) very close to the Christmas Holidays. Originally contracted with another dead-beat broker (see Nationwide auto transport review by this author) who was unable to conduct business in a professional matter. McNutt was contacted Dec 21, and had the vehicle booked for shipment by Dec 22. Unfortunately, there was a slight (few days) delay due to Christmas, which is understandable. McNutt staff were always accessible, and had up to date information at all times. There is NO DOWNPAYMENT REQUIRED with this broker. You can simply pay COD, which actually provides a greater incentive for everyone involved to get the job done. I was contacted by the driver every step of the way from the time the vehicle was loaded until delivery. The vehicle was delivered undamaged less than one day after it was loaded onto the truck. Had it not been for the christmas holiday, I would have had my vehicle within three days of initial contact with the company. This was a very smooth transaction from start to finish, everyone was very professional, and I would not hesitate to use them again. Contact Paula, but everyone is helpful, friendly, and professional. Thanx McNutt...don't let the name fool you!!!!!
