The plus side is that the car did in fact get here in a reasonable timeframe and in one piece. The problem I had with them was I expected a premium level of service from them as they were recommended by the lexus dealer where I had bought my car and they were over $300.00 more than most other quotes. In the end McNut had nothing to do with the transport (not their truck or driver) other than to subcontract out the job to an old truck who was able to pick up the job. The car was filthy when it arrived and the driver was in a hurry to get his truck into the shop to be worked on as soon as he could get the car off the trailer. Don't be fooled into thinking that because you are spending more you will get better quality service with McNut.
