My car arrived with a missing antenna and front bumper hanging off. The company stalled by claim, then said I was too late. However the Fed Motor Carriers Saftey Adm says I have 9 months to file a claim and the co. can face a daily fine. I will be sueing in Small Claims Court soon. They are far from professional. They told me to get an est. I paid $25 for that plus $750 in damages I'm presently out. This happened in Oct 2004 and still unresolved.
