I finally got my car yesterday after a month. My broker was Silva Auto Transport and they assigned my car to this transport company without asking me. Although the car arrived with any damage, there was an extra 700 miles put on my car!! I have called the transport company in regards to this as this is a clear violation of the contract. My gas tank was full when I shipped the car and it arrived with an almost empty tank.

I will suggest you stay away from this Transport company and if your broker is Silva Auto Transport, make sure you tell them not to use this Transport company to transport your car. Still better, aviod Silva Auto Transport as their service was also not satisfactory.
