I have used auto transport companies before so I knew what I was getting into when I needed to use this service again. Sometimes the lowest bid is not the best. especially if time is an issue. Many companies, like Magic Carpet, are brokers; Thus, the company that actually does the moving might find the quote to low and not want to take on the job. Though I wanted my vehicle sooner than later, I still went with the lowest quote since Magic Carpet also got great reviews. I booked with Magic Carpet late afternoon on a Thursday and received a call back from MC within a half hour saying they were picking up the vehicle the following day and would deliver it at my doorstep on Monday!! Even if I flew in and drove the vehicle back, I could not have done it any faster.
Besides for the fact that the driver did not speak and/or understand English that well, everything else went as smoothly as possible. Call backs and timely emails from MC kept everyone on the same page. I would highly recommend Magic Carpet. Lowest quote, fast service, nice customer service reps.
