I had never shipped a car before and didn't know where to start. We were trying to ship my daughters car from NY to Arizona and A friend of mine gave me the number of a different broker whom I called, but after reading some unflattering reviews on this site, I did my own investigating and couln't be happier with Magic Carpet. I spoke with Malia and she reassured me about the whole process, I felt much more relaxed and assured after speaking with her. She told me it could be 1 - 7 days before my car would be picked up, but to my joy and surprise I had received an e-mail within minutes that my car was to be picked up the next morning. Yay!! Everything went smoothly and the delivery was pretty much on time ( the driver called the day before delivery to tell us that he would be there between 8-10 am, but had some truck problems and didn't get there until around 2 pm. ) no big deal, and there were no problems. Altogehter a very smooth experience. I would recommend Magic carpet without a doubt and would absolutley use them again.
