I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Majic Carpet and especially Malia. I shipped two vehicles that were supposed to be moved by different shippers on different dates. When one of the carriers turned up in the "Land of the Lost" Malia made sure that both of my cars were shipped without any further hassle. I believe that It's easy to work when nothing unusual happens but when there's a problem you really appreciate a professional who can salvage the situation and still make it work. This wouldn't have happened if Malia weren't conscientous enough to make sure that things were going well after the shipment was booked, thank you! Malia and the staff at Majic Carpet were always helpful and professional through this entire process, which I admit, could have been very frustrating. Thanks for the special care, I would definitely recommend Malia and Majic Carpet and use them again in the future!
