the whole process was seamless from start to finish. The driver contacted me to inform me of the pick up date, he also called again with his eta, then just before reaching my delivery address as well. He was personable and professional. The people I worked with at Magic Carpet were knowledgeable and answered my questions so that I was secure with the process. Use them! They do a great job.
