Horrible attitudes once you sign contract

Price rose from $3060 to $5605. We called a week later worried about of stuff Tammy right out said they’re allowed to hold for 30 days by law. So it’s been 1 week already and now it could be another 3?! Contacted bbb to retrieve my items as there was zero commitment by any rep or supervisor other than it’ll be 2-3 more days each time we called. They got worried once I stated mine and my daughter supply of medicine was in that load and we were running out at our new home without our personal items. Such a terrifying defeating experience when you loss confidence in reassuring your kids that yes they will see their bed again. I had to fight for compensation for having to buy items for my children and I to live off of (air mattress, new pots/pans, new school supplies. Etc) while waiting almost 20 days since pick up. They were tough!! I got a measly $295 discount for my inconvenience. Liberty moving group is in my opinion an unethical company using bully like tactics to take your money. Upon delivery my bed frame made of thick wood. The drivers delivered and built the bed back together but failed to tell me about breaking one of the post. Adam the warehouse/dispatcher I believe is also aware as he or anyone hasn’t picked up my call. Liberty moving group knew about the damaged which is why they insisted I paid them completely before I got to see my things. The mover Abdul and partner kept their rental truck closed as per Adams’s direction. I have to now shut my bedroom closed in order to keep my children from becoming climbing on the bed and being crushed by the bed because of how it is screwed and nailed back together a liability no person can afford. I’ve contacted the company Athem they use for claims and sadly only get voicemail. It’s frustrating being that this bed is also my medical device for my spine, 19 days and counting my body and home continues to suffer as they continue to collect from others.
