i had a porsche boxster RS60 transported from porsche of colorado springs to my home in southern indiana. porsche of colorado springs recommended lamb transport. i spoke with kenny from lamb and was told the car would be delivered on wednesday afternoon, which was the best time for me. he said they would not deliver it earlier and if they arrived earlier, they would wait until i was home to pick it up. the car was picked up from the dealership on the friday of memorial day weekend. on saturday night the driver called me and told me he'd be there the next day. i told him i had planned to be out of town on sunday, to which i was told "if you don't get it tomorrow it will be 10-14 days before you see it again". he then called me at 4am on sunday and said he'd be there by 530. when he arrived he appeared altered, it was so dark i could not check the car very well. i called kenny saturday, sunday, monday... left messages, never heard back from him. i finally talked to a female at lamb on friday who told me i should be happy the car actually arrived early without damage... apparently most of their deliveries are late and damaged?! i was told they would not do anything to reimburse me for the incorrect delivery time. i called the porsche of colorado springs dealership and left 2 messages for lance... and never received a call back. apparently neither place cares to help people once they get their money. there are tons of auto transport companies out there... i would not recommend them to anyone.

First of all WE Lamb Transports did not transport this vehicle. We where the broker on this load.When we take an order there is an ETA given for pick up and delivery. The customer was told when he placed his order we did not know if we could make a Wednesday delivery.The below information is correct the car was pick up on Friday and deliverd on Sunday. 48 hour turn around is pretty awsome. Although most people would be over happy to accept their new porsche early.... If this customer did call Saturday Sunday and Monday our office is closed over the weekend and also on Monday for the holiday.There was no message at all nothing stating there was any sort of problem. The customer did call on Friday of the next weel and demanded to be refunded in full for his transport and was told no. This is what we get and not to forget we brokered this car.
