With so many rip off artist and liars....I was so lucky to find an honest company. I could not have ask anyone to have done more or tried harder to help us

My teenage son has been saving to buy a car and finally found one several states away. Needless to say his funds were limited and his time was short because he needed the car for a trip to college. We had little room for errors in Money or time. I began to shop for a carrier and was shocked at the range in prices and moreso at the impersonal service. I tried to educate myself on the pricing to see if the higher prices were justified...it didn't seem like they could be. Then I read the horror stories that if we went with the lower priced bids our delivery would be bumped back and it might be MONTHS before we saw our car. We were also told the car would be damaged and scratched up. I was a nervous wreck. I actually contemplated buying airline tickets to get the car and drive it home!
Then we met Sherry, owner of ICS. A live person who listened and actually seemed to care! I cant even list all of the little things she did to help, from listening and meeting our needs to actually caring about the situation to be so patient to explain about the industry and how it all worked, but the bottom line is that she delivered what she promised.
Even after we agreed on a price I was nervous that she might not be able to deliver. I was shocked when I emailed her that morning agreeing to do business and heard from her that afternoon that my car was booked!!!! That was great but when you consider it was a Saturday....I am even more impressed.
As it turns out, that carrier did not work out but through no fault of ICS...I could not get my check there in time and the owner of the car couldnt release it until she had payment.
We had to go onto a wait list. Sherry worked diligently to book my car. While we werent quite as lucky the second time around to get same day carrier, I still had my car within 2 weeks.
ICS even hand picked my carrier for a company that she knew would do a good job.
The car was delivered on time as promised and with no incident. The people that brought the car were wonderful also. I would recommend Mr. Zach anytime. He was so concerned that I was happy.
ICS really worked to earn our business and harder to make sure we were taken care of. It was so evident that this was about MORE THAN the money.
It is really nice to know that there are people out there who stand behind their word and treat people like people and not just another number.

Your company sets the standard that everyone else should try to live up to.
