As I read through everyone's reviews I noticed they had a lot of similarities with my story. I had payed them the $200 deposit as everyone else did. They were supposedly going to call me the next day to further inform me about what was going to happen with the pick-up date of my car. They never called back and they never emailed me back. Furthermore, once i tried calling them back a few days later they had disconnected their "business line". I finally went through the PayPal system (how i paid for the deposit) and filed a complaint. I was seeking to file a fraud complaint through PayPal when the next day they returned my money stating "Owner had a medical emergency". I recommend who ever reads these reviews learns from our mistakes and doesn't hire ICS for any type of business.
