I was referred to Farris & Sons by another shipping company that does not do cross-country moves. I received a referral for the other company by family, so I figured they would only work with like people, so Farris &Sons seemed like a safe bet to me. Needless to say, I was VERY nervous about the whole process, I have read so many horror stories online and was terrified about shipping my husband's car to him from Oceanside to Florida while he was in USMC training. I scheduled the car to be picked up May 25th for $850.00, sure enough they kept to their word and picked up the car early that day. The driver was great, he insisted I call a cab to take my daughters and myself home before he take the car so we weren't waiting in the middle of nowhere to get home(we live on base or the driver would have taken us home himself). Anyway, we were told moves from CA to FL usually take 7-10 days, but a couple days later, my husband called me in shock- the driver called him to make a drop off of the car on the 28th- only 4 days to get the car there! Fantastic service, I would recommend them to anyone. They are also very quick to answer any questions you might have. :)
