I am very pleased with the service provided by Lisa and Ray at Farris and Sons Towing.
Even though my delivery location was well off the normal trucking route, they managed to find a transporter, and their price was reasonable.
Lisa kept me informed throughout the entire process, always responded promptly to my emails, and accommodated my special request regarding loading of the car.
Given the distance the car was being transported, it was understandable that its arrival was a few days later than the original estimate. The ETA estimate is, after all, an estimate - no one can guarantee arrival on a certain date, especially when the car is travelling several thousand miles.
I chose Farris and Sons in large part because they were recommended to me by the Audi dealer from whom I bought my car. Given that the car was going to be transported across the entire country, it was vital that the transport broker be reliable, honorable, responsive to my inquires, and keep me up to date on my car's progress. Farris and Sons did not disappoint.
I would certainly use them again.
