My order was supposed to be delivered in Mid June. 3 weeks later, Estes website still showed it to be in their warehouse. No communication from them or anything as to the delay or what was causing it. Called them and spent 45 minutes on the phone to be told they'd lost my order. They said they'd do a "dock check" and get back with me in 3 days. That was a week ago and haven't heard from them.
