Damaged freight

My freight showed up to Dallas and sat on their dock for 2 days and NOBODY CONTACTED ME on it showing up. I tried multiple times to contact the terminal but with no success. 2 days later they contacted me. With multiple conversations on tring to get the right time for appointment, they total disregarded anything that I said. The pallet weighs 1025, so they send one guy ,one dolly, and NO PALLET JACK. The driver insisted that it was a commercial site, but it clearly stated residential on his backing slip. After about an hour the driver knocks on my door to ask my wife to help him move the freight. The freight gets sent due to the incompetent fuck tarts running that shit hole. The freight heads back and sits on their dock for 2 weeks while they try to figure out what to do. Meanwhile my oven sustained quite a bit of damage while they sat around with their thumb up their asses. It finally gets delivered, and the oven is crated and it is on its back where the damage is. The drivers unloads the freight then haul ass, it was supposed to be white glove delivery. I am able to uncrate it and find fork lift markings all up and down the back side of the oven. I could not inspect the back part of the oven when they delivered. I wish there was a rating of negative cause it will be pegged out. Fuck that place, they need to be shut and closed for good. Fucking incompetent used douche bags.
