my shipment was rescheduled so some odd reason after being in their warehouse for over a week - I called 4 times after scheduling my shipment to make sure it was coming and to confirmed the time. the window was 8am-6pm... not going to spend all day sitting around and waiting. They hung up the phone on me all 4 times without even saying hello. Then I emailed and waited...suddenly my delivery arrived, no phone call not text ( as the site says they do 20min prior) my box was all busted and open. I don't understand how companies like this stay in business.
