Abandoned $400 chair at a random address in the rain

I ordered a $400 chair from Staples, and Estes Express was used to deliver it. They delivered it to a random address at an abandoned house several miles away from me. It wasn't until a Good Samaritan stopped to check on why the package was there and contacted me that I received the water-logged, dissolving box.
DO NOT ENTRUST ESTES EXPRESS WITH YOUR VALUABLES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
