Ordered a Canopy from Home depot and was sent the shipping information which was Estes.I followed the shipping info and everyday the day would change when it would be delivered. So finally it was in a local warehouse which seemed to me for about a week.. but it needed to go to another warehouse for residential. Then it must of went back to this warehouse again.. Also I called this warehouse in Middletown on a Saturday but was left on hold until I went on line and found out they were closed. 1 hour of wasted time. Left vm and never got a call back.. Called on Monday when they were open because shipping number was no longer available and was told that it was going to be Delivered on Wednesday. They were suppose to call me first, but they did not. They took the shipment and thru it in my driveway. I caught him outside and told he he was suppose to call first and the shipment needed to be in the back yard. He refused and said your lucky I put it in your driveway this is curbside service. I did not sign up for curbside service and had to call someone to move the shipment in the backyard. I found the shipping paper on the ground and nothing says anything about curbside and It does say to call first, which he didnt bother to do. Will check to find out what shipping companies are used first before I purchase for shipment. The way I was treated was horrible. will never use them again.
