Late deliver, lack of communication, left item in rain

I ordered a larger tub. It arrived in Denver and it sat on their loading dock for 2 weeks before they bothered to deliver it. That item was already a month late and their slow delivery added another 2 weeks to the delay. .I called them several times asking about a delivery date and they said they would call me the day before to let me know when it would be delivered. Nobody called. Nobody even bothers to let me know when they dropped it off in the rain. The box was falling apart and left in the rain. Also, it takes hours to reach a person to talk to. I was on hold for up to 30 minutes and each time got hung up or disconnected. This probably happened 10 times. Poor communication, poor service, poor phone response.
