Marc Mays from Advanced Car Shipping (broker) sent me a contract with specific dates. EP (shipper) was unable to comply to those dates. EP never offered alternatives. EP canceled my shipping because I was upset. Seems like Advanced gives different dates to shipping companies and when you can't make it, they cancel and you lose your deposit. Probably giving these companies kick-backs. Renata Anna does not have a good understanding of customer service. She didn't ask to see my contract. Didn't offer a discount due to inconvenience. No empathy. If you care about your vehicle, use another company because these two companies seem to not care. Just got off the phone with "Get It Done Transportation". They scheduled a pick up for the same day and explained the entire process much more thoroughly. If you care about your vehicle this is the company for you.
