This is the driving company that Direct Connect Auto Transport (a broker) used to ship our SUV from FL to CA. Our car arrived to us with SEVERE undercarriage damage (I have photos). We already waited 2 weeks for our car (quoted at 6-8 days for expedited delivery). Now our car is not safe to drive and will cost a fortune to fix out of our pocket.
