Car picked up in Texas on time. Rig broke down on the way to Va and delayed delivery.
Dispatcher was hard to understand via phone as English was not clear. Dispatcher
contacted me 5 minutes before delivery to tell me rig was lost and gps had sent to the wrong location. Went to the street the truck was on and led the truck to my house. Driver was
great, very courteous and took great care of my car. Even though some of the experience
was not the best the driver made up for it in his professionalism. I would use again.
