Two factors helped me decide when choosing this company,reasonable price and they claimed to make this a "stress free move".The booking agent was very friendly and helpful,provided me with all the information I needed.My problem was the miscommunication between the booking and actual shipping co.My emails were ignored,I received more phonecalls than I expected,The whole point of hiring this company was so I would have peace of mind,so I would not have to do all the footwork..(Im currently in hawaii and someone else was sending my vehicle for me).Phone calls from driver because port in CA was closed when he arrived,phonecall from his boss asking for money that driver had on his person.Phone calls from different carmoza agents regarding this shipping,,,This should have been handled between the companies ,,,Thats what I paid for!!! The sad part is that I will have to ship my vehicles once again in about 4 years,,will do my homework next time around.
