I totally agree, would like to give them a 10 in every category. I also read many reviews, made several calls to other transport companies. This was my first time needing to find my own transportation services. As soon as I spoke with Liz, I looked no further. She talked to me like I was an intelligent person. Many of the other companies I contacted were not fully forthcoming on how it all works, were condescending to me as a female, or anticipated higher rates than they quoted. Not only was the price very competitive and the price did not increase, Liz and Frank were all over every detail. Yes, there were issues, but not with Liz and Frank, all with the trucker's little games. They held my hand the whole way through, I would not have been able to go it alone. We had several false starts, mostly because of the upcoming Hurricane Matthew, many were making last minute changes to their travel plans. Seems the truckers say they can do it, but then, they aren't ready after all, so the delays start coming in immediately. Liz and Frank are so experienced, they know how it all works, the good with the bad. They screened the offers, initially, to find the best choice. When that didn't work out, several times, they put it back on the board, and repeated the process until we had one that worked. And then, there appeared there would be delays, but they were all over the trucker. In the end, it all went very well, and I feel like they are new friends for life. I WILL DEFINITELY be using Bear's Transport again in the future, I would not look anywhere else.
