If you are searching around for a vehicle transport, then look no further. If I could give Liz a 10-star rating, I would. I used Bears Transport twice this year to ship vehicles from Virginia to Hawaii, and both times went off without a hitch. Well, the second time had a small glitch in the carrier not notifying me, but Liz was all over it! She was on their case in no time, and made sure the vehicle pickup went as scheduled. This was so very important because I was leaving the state on a specific day and had to ship my truck before I left. Bottom line: if you don't like working with a no-nonsense, straight-shooter who doesn't beat around the bush, then go somewhere else and take a chance on your shipment. Liz doesn't mess around and knows all the players to call to get things done. I am so grateful that I first found and then used Bears (twice now) for my vehicle shipments to Hawaii.
