Called to book a load 02/09/2023 and was told that she has literally too much on her plate to deal with me right now. This is the epitome of unprofessionalism!! This lady was so overwhelmed she had no respect for me to talk to me the way she did.

I had to have a car transported to Maine. This is a remote route-it was less than a week when they had a driver for me. He showed up early, loaded the car and delivered it to Maine in 3 days. He arrived first thing in the morning at 7:45!! Liz and
I contacted Bears on a Friday and got a great quote (considering 8 extra tires/spare parts), Liz called me on Saturday advising of Monday morning pick up in Connecticut and delivery that evening in Detroit. Amazing service !!
