Frank did a great job keeping me informed about the progress of finding a driver, and keeping me in the loop of communication, including a 3 way phone call with the driver. The first truck actually broke down on its way and Frank had to find another driver to pick up our van from the first driver and deliver it. He was able to find another driver in just a few hours and everything arrived just as we had left it. Thanks Bears!
