I used this company the first and only time I have ever shipped a car. I found them online after filling out a request to have quotes sent to me. Many of the other companies sounded pushy and even impatient with the lack of knowledge I had about how to go through the process. Bears Transport was very friendly, not pushy at all, and was patient with me as they explained the process, how it works, and made me feel comfortable. When my car was going to arrive early at the drop off destination, I was contacted by the driver but was not able to call him back. I did as I was told and called Bears Transport, who quickly took care of everything including the correspondence between me and the driver. It was easy and made my first experience shipping my car stress-free!
