As many others have written, this is the worst "company" I have ever dealt with. I wish i had read all the reviews before giving them my money. These people Lied all the time from the date of pick up, why noone ever called me to state there even would be a pick up to never showing up to get the car. They lied about the damage done to my car. The driver upon delivery stated that HE damaged my car, signed the papers but when all the paper work was sent it to the company they changed their story and now deny the damage. The act really nice until the moment they have to admit they did something wrong. The "claims department" made up on one person lies to you and tells you that you did not do everything required after telling you a week before that everything was completed. They never answer you phone calls as well. There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. My car is damaged, the driver admitted to doing it but now they deny it? The worse part about this company is the LYING that they do ALL the time. DO NOT believe a word anyone says to you.
