I hired BT auto express to move a car I purchased from CA to MN. I hired them on 7/7/06 and as of today 8/1/06, it has not even found a driver yet. Every time I call them it's the same story "There are drivers in the area, it could be a couple of hours or a couple of days." Still it sits. I call them every day to check on the status, as I am now paying storage on the car. I even offered to meet a driver in surrounding cities, and states. It has been almost a month and I don't know what to do. . I need to get my car! I called the Better Business Bureau yesterday and they are sending me out a complaint form as it has been an unreasonable amount of time since I paid them a deposit. I also learned from them that I can collect storage back . I would not recommend BT Auto Express to anyone! They are rude and hard to deal with, and obviously not very reliable! What a nightmare this is! If anyone else has had a poor experience please email me at Pinkktransam@aol.com. We can try to ban together and get something done about them!
