Smooth taking salesman (i mean con man). Gives you a letter in writing telling you how they are different than "brokers" who bid low then ask for more. They tell you "the price is the price". Then you find out that they will take your deposit, and if you are lucky and cal them every day for 3 weeks, they may get one truck to offer to take your car for twice as much as the bid. If you ask for the "refundable" deposit, they will refuse to give it back. Basically a total con game. The idea that Michael, al, bob, etc are the same person, is possible. They do all have the same voice. For all i know it is a guy working out of his living room they don't seem to be interested in providing a service- only in getting your money.

We have not even shipped the car, how could we have ripped him off. It is almost impossible to ship a car for a "wako" mentally derranged liar like this.
