Horrible experience

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The only thing they are concerned with his receiving their money.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Accused me of writing a bad check...which they later apologized after my bank confirmed the check was never put through. Only to find out it was rejected because my bank could not locate the account. Why? Because someone in their company failed to put the full account number on the electronic account form sent to my bank.

Second, I had to inconvenience myself and go to western union (they did agree to deduct the $12 Western Union fee from the deposit since it was no error of mine for why the check did not go through).

Third, after the auto company got there. They told me I needed to pay $575. I told the driver I only owed $400 per my contract. I showed them my Western Union receipt and the $400 cash I was prepared to pay him. The driver was caught in the middle however he went on to tell me he could not release my car unless he received the $575. I refused to give him the $575. He then went on to call the police on me. The police came, listened to what I had to say,and reviewed the email and the paperwork from Available Logistics. Once he reviewed everything he stated that the problem definitely came from poor business from Available Logistics. He police officer told the driver, who was contracted by Available Logistics that he had to give me my car. The police officer also agreed to help get the driver the money he was promised from Available Logistics.

This company may quote a small fee but the headache and the poor customer service I received from both Al and Larry was horrible. The only person that was willing to help work through things was Elizabeth. Of course she was not available after the money was received after Western Union.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CAR BEING TRANSPORTED SMOOTHLY THEY SIMPLY CARE ABOUT THEIR MONEY. THEY USE TRICKERY AND ARE ONLY NICE IN THE INITIAL PART OF THE PROCESS. STAY AWAY!!!! If possible, do away with the brokers (middle men) and go find a auto transporter on your own!

This customer cheated the driver out of his money, by lying and indicating that there was no additional money due, she did not acknowledge that when she signed the contract it indicated the broker fee as being in addition to the quoted price.This car was picked up on time and delivered on time, another lie by this customer. These type of customers look to cause trouble.
