Although I ended up not shipping my car due to unexpected expenses during my move, Jim over at Auto Transport 123 was extremely helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns and his customer service is excellent. When I started my search for a shipping company I was bombarded with tons of emails and non-stop calls from smaller companies. While there may be other companies that offer you a cheaper price they didn't do a very good job at instilling the sense of trust that you get with this company. Smaller companies may not have their own trucks and they just put your vehicle out there in a bidding war. A.T. 123 has their own network of trucks which gives them the ability to meet your transport needs. They also give you the name and number of the driver and personal customer service 24/7 for your shipment. In the future, if I do end up shipping my car I will definitely use Auto Transport 123.
